This product is an annual subscription with monthly or annual payments. There are no cancellations, refunds, or credits once the product is purchased.

The price of each DocuSign subscription is displayed on the next screen. Please note that there is a minimum order of two licenses. Throughout the 12-month contract period additional seats may be ordered. However, at no point can the license total, including additional seats and deferred cancellations go below two.
DocuSign is pleased to offer unlimited envelopes in the first year of the contract. In year two if the number of envelopes goes above 100 seats at the aggregate level for the customer, DocuSign reserves the right to add usage charges or request the customer to order additional seats.
This annual subscription also includes Premier Support.
